Social Dance Parties

Join us for Piper Glen Ballroom’s Social and Practice Dance Parties. It’s a fun way to apply what you’ve just learned. It's an opportunity to meet new people and socialize, see old friends, or simply dance the night away to great music. We serve complimentary wine & cheese, beverages, and hors d’oeurves, and our professional staff will be on hand to dance with everyone. Come early!!! Showcases

At least twice a year, Piper Glen Ballroom totally transforms into the “big stage,” bringing Broadway and Hollywood to South Charlotte! Showcasing the unrivaled talent of our professional staff and their students, our group and individual dance performances are the masterful creations of celebrity guest choreographers. It’s an elegant catered affair, and performance night for family, friends and the general public. Showcase tickets are available in advance.

 

Team Match

Join us as our instructors unite their team of students and then battle it out against each other. With noise makers, cheering, clapping we try to distract the other teams as much as possible. In this event, we dance for points. This is a fun filled day, that has an adjudicator, a team champion... in the end... and a great catered dinner and dancing to top the night off.
